What people are saying about MOAC Camps

"Mark Newlen not only knows the game of basketball, but he understands implicitly the connection between sports and life and the many ways that young people can benefit from a positive sports experience. His camp offers important lessons both on and off the court."
-Valerie Ackerman
President USA Basketball,
Former WNBA Executive Director

"Thank you so much for running the basketball camp.  It was really fun.  In fact, it is my favorite basketball camp I've been to.  Have a great summer and please tell all the counselors 'Hi' for me."
-12-year-old camper

"I am writing to tell you how impressed I was with the basketball camp my son attended. It is obvious to me now why there was such a large turnout for this camp. There have been many different programs my kids have been involved with over the years that I have been dissatisfied with for a variety of reasons. However, this camp was well organized, well staffed, and could not have been run more smoothly. It makes me feel good, as a parent, to have chosen this camp. It gave my son a very positive opportunity to practice and learn more about his favorite sport. When I picked him up from camp on the last day, he had a big smile on his face and asked if he could return again NEXT summer."
